At BUSHTA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period:

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used air fresheners, opened perfumes or cosmetic items).

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

5. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first.
